He did not have a specific energy background coming out of graduate a. But i got lucky to have that position. And then i got further an additional piece of luck, because it in the late 19 eighties, a the energy security analytic group within ah the agency said, ha, you know, there's a whole industry out there, and we should try to reflect the expertise of thata industry's a value chain in our analysis.
