Open Source Is the Future, Right?
Open source software comes in various forms, but I think is pretty much always at least philosophically a better approach than closed source. People's incomes will be affected if things start to go south or if we see like a just lower level of innovation because people aren't quite quitting from innovating. But the worst thing is this whole bigger picture that I think Matt Mullenweg talks about a lot. He often talks about his sort of long term philosophy is like open source is the future.
