The Importance of Partnership in Prophecy

Prophecy is not going to bring the same authority and edge as it did in the Old Testament. That doesn't mean it's not nothing, but it means it just looks different. One example of this is Acts chapter 21. The whole point is there can be a full revelation that's totally from the Holy Spirit, but there can be breakdown interpretation and application. So what's going on here? This is a great example.
