Women in the F&B Industry

I feel very I wouldn't say uncomfortable, but I found it's quite interesting is that everywhere like it when I'm not in China. The fact that the fact that they're pointing certain things out means that They have different expectations and I just had a self-reflection so the fact that we even Or maybe what I did was we started the show and we were like oh like you're a female Tell us like tell us what it's like to be a female or you're Asian like that in itself shows my own Personal bias. But then in Europe it might not be okay if I come up with certain comments So I just have to be more socially aware and culturally aware of that.
