What's the Right Thing for the Population?
Health care is almost always parado or steeper in distribution, meaning that a very small number of people spend most of the dollars totel. About one and a half % of the population spends over 60% of all dollars that are spent on drugs. So we're paying a lot for this one individual who may not be helped, but we may be diminishing the health comes of everybody else who now is paying for the one person who's not getting any benefit.
