CHAPTER

Do You Think the Market Is Overvalued at the Present Time?

i've maintained for a long time that i think under normal circumstances, the market should be selling for about 20 times a forward twelvemonth earnings. We're below that at the present time, er about 18 or so. But we live in a different world with a lower general level of interest rates and a higher level of liquidity, and i think that that really does call for slightly higher than historical level. So as a result, i do not think the market is overvalued at the current time. Is not grossly undervalued by any means, but i do not Think it is overvalued.
