This is from the voice in your head survey filled out by Stephanie Sakes and some of the things you tell yourself about yourself. She writes one day I'm manically cleaning my house, interrupting and not knowing when to shut the fuck up,. irrationally irritable and spending all my money on DoorDash and shit I do not need. The next day I feel such deep guilt and shame over how I behave the day before that I can even get out of bed.
