Pendo: A Set and Forget App?
Is Pendo sort of a set and forget type of tool? Because you develop a certain experience, a morning experience, let's say, and then they keep it the same for another year or two. Or are you designed the way to continually drive people back to your app to check analytics and do other things? I mean, look, you can certainly set and forget any solution. Like what I advocate setting for getting like, no, we want to constantly adjust and tweak based on what we're seeing.
