If you're constantly telling yourself that you feel heavy or don't feel good, then the dominant belief is on the heaviness because that's what you tell yourself more. It's going to affect your attitude, affect the way you treat people, affect your actions. When we're more aware of something, we're able to go to that place we want to go to quicker.
