The only way that you can really consider overcoming imposter syndrome is to realize that, yeah, you are nothing at the start and that you get better as we go along. One big part is just figuring out stuff that you want to do that excites you rather than thinking of it more like what's the challenge that you can do? So if that might be a physical challenge in the gym, it might be entering into a race,. It might be maybe I want to try to create a digital product. Maybe I want to teach a workshop or anything like that may be a different skill set that you haven't established before.
