How to Sell a Property in Unincorporated Areas

I'm curious, are you looking into like in unincorporated areas or anything like that or trying to avoid areas with regulation. What kind of research are you doing on your end to make sure you're putting out offers on stuff that's sellable? We have a pretty broad list and you just never know what's going to come back from these things it's super low percentage so it's hard for us to really do a lot of research before we actually send out these offers.
