How to Use a VPN to Manage Your Risk Online

We're supposed to be using a VPN to help manage our risk online. But when we want to access financial institutions, they won't let us get in there if we have that VPN turned on. Do I need to upgrade to Windows 11? Microsoft continues to add more security features to it. So yeah, no reason not to upgrade to a Windows 11.
