The Importance of Listening to Your Body

The brain is always trying to make us more efficient. If we don't use our brain in a natural way to listen to the body, such as by listening to music or just talking a lot during a workout, we're missing a great opportunity. We naturally do that from birth. And this almost extends to like listening to music, making music, but being able to truly listen. That is a skill that takes time to develop as well and not many people or, well, it seems like a lot of people are forgotten about that almost.
