Utilitarianism and the Moists
The Moists were not just consequentialists but utilitarian. It sounds from the way you've described them that they have this kind of not just focus on consequences but focus on impartiality that we should be good to. All people irrespective of who they are because people having good things in order is good inherently and that sounds like utilitarianism to me.
