Are You Burnt Out?

When i feel burnt out, i know exactly what i need do to recharge. It's usually some sort of fun or leisurely activity that's relaxing or engaging. But if i still feel like i need to do more things, i don't feel like i have the right to do the things that recharge me. So i end up in this weird limbo where i'm like staring at my phone and both not doing anything productive and also not enjoying myself. We're never going to completely escape that mental trap of thinking that, oh, i could do more. There's diminishing returns without getting that recharge time.
