Is There a Super Linear Output From Cities?
I would say that in the same way as evolution is scaling up from cells to these collective networks of the well or the human or whatever else, but the cell is self-similar across all organism. I think the individual is essentially the cell of human organization, whether that's a business, a country, whatever you want to call it. And so what one of the things you said here, so there's this super linear output from cities of wealth, ideas, energy, virulence, all these things. The trick is to put these things together in some type of structure that's strong enough to resist that super linear output and have more structural integrity. So we could say the city's producing
