Anxiety

Anxiety is not some epic battle with the end boss in a video game. It's daily struggles that you almost ther almost seem inconsequential. So maybe if you can use an example from your own life, your own journey with anxiety, a of a way in which you befriended it and transmuted it from an enemy into into an ally? D so every time i would have this intense flash of anxiety, i practised saying to the anxiety: 'I am fine' And eventually the anxiety really started to shift. The joy came back for me as I saw my anxiety as this loving helper within me.
