Is the Island of Stability in Washington?

The island of stability is said to have something to do with stable orbits within the solar system. It sounds like it could be something out the universe, a where there's not much movement or spinning of anything. Possibly the centre of the universe, where nothing, nothing expands from o ono. Cano on the razor's edge. Very unlikely. Finely tuned can way out.
