Tasks are almost always a very of two things, right? One, talking to users and two, building product. There are three grades you can give to each task on your list, high, medium, low. So now you're tracking this list, then once a week, go through each item in your spread sheet and grate the new and re grate the old items based on how impactble you think the task would be on achieving the weekly goal. The keys is don't do them right away, just write them down.

We've cut down the eighth week of lectures to be even shorter and combined them into one podcast.
