What's the Story I'm Telling About Abbye's Mouth?

It's really hard for me when i'm in conflict with somebody and they're telling me what i'm saying, right where there ther i'm saying. And so my encouragement for you is to start with the self awareness ond what this conflict means for you,. What is this conflict telling you about yourself and your relationship? And is that objectively true, right? Is that the only or best way of interpreting what this conflict is? Right? So can you get to a point you are saying, ok, what are the words that are coming out of abbye's mouth? She is saying she wants more space. She is saing. She needs more alone time. She is sane.
