Clean Spark Acquires Two Bitcoin Mining Facilities for 9.3 Million Dollars

Clean Spark will complete the 9.3 million dollar all cash deal for two turned key Bitcoin mining facilities this week. Each facility appears to host about 3000 machines. Clean Spark CEO, Zach Bradford says the deals put the miners on track to reach its year and hash rate goal of 16 X a hash.
