Functional Programming

Functional programming goes back to the 19 fifties with the lisp language. Object oriented programming came along and kind of displaced functional programming for quite some time, as it made some of the reasons that people were interested infunctional programming more accessible. But over time a lot of developers became more and more frustrated with the way objectoriented programming and imperative programming worked at scale. As these problems started to arise, people started to rediscover functional programming. The reactico system is really interesting because i osaid earlier that the learning functional programmi can be a challenge for people who are really used to other programming paradimes.
