Is There a Way to Store Your Data With Shortcuts?

shortcuts really has become a framework though because theoretically I could store and lock this data just using shortcuts, right? But I wouldn't have the pretty visual menus. Any format that's fairly visual, I'd have to store it as a JSON file in iCloud Drive. So for those people who are there, I just want to be able to store my data somewhere with shortcuts. We use the global variables from Toolbox Pro or something, but being able to have a whole database there is great. Now, I can't let this go by without giving you a suggestion for a book.
