The Mass of Boomerangs

In the 19th century, there was a huge drought in India. The british government decided they should study monsoons to learn more about it. They hired gibbert walker who specialized in boomerangs and studied meterology. Walker started collecting data from thousands of rain gauges across india. He also wanted to bring all this data together so he could try and understand what's going on in other parts of the world too.
