When You Need Help, Ask in for Help
Maxius: It's important to not have shame about asking for help when you need it, and actually see it as part of this beautiful process where we're giving people the opportunity to stand up for each other. By asking people for help, you're actually creating opportunities for people to exercise ethics. And by imagining an elderly woman carrying all these bags of groceries, the more the part of you that wants to help starts like firing. You can feel part of you wanting te help so strongly when you focus on imagining something like this.
