What's the Shared Inquiry Model?
Adler wanted people to have like a college class, yoo, philosophy class experience in their homes. He advocated for what he called a shared inquiry model. So there's nobody in charge. There's no teacher. Even if you do a home great book's group, you can have somebody that's nominally in charge. But they're the first among equals in their asking questions about the book. And in asking those questions, you bring the consciousness of the entire group to bear on the idea in the book.
