You have to really narrow down what your thing is that triggered your burnt out. It could be multiple things, but try to get more clear on that before you then move into another jaw. If it's wor lowd and you're constantly hearing in the interview about how you're a huss,. we hustle er, we wear many hats - those are the kind of things that meanyou don't have very good on boarding. Some people love baptism by fire; they crave that. They were missing that in their last job. Others, that is a real sign that you could be going right nto a space where you're not going to necessarily get the mentorship that you're looking
