Will Lindsey Graham Introduce a National Abortion Ban?

I think it's going to play like over Republicans, even though they said we're going to leave this issue to the states, now they're proposing a national abortion ban. I don't know if you can put that genie back in the bottle now. Can Democrats run away from Biden? I'm doubt, I mean, you might be able to dull the edge a little. But does it let some energy out? And I think it might.
