When you're in conflict with someone, your ego isn't on the line. If they're if you're criticizing me that's a very dangerous and terrible situation. We kind of use slightly different strategies, but those distortions are incredibly positive. And so that inner dialogue that's where we're targeting ourselves can be modified to really enhance relationships.
