New study measured effectiveness of procedure justice training for police officers. Found that one day program dramatically reduced both complaints and use of force. Using a similar staggard roll out design, where they just randomize who goes first, i think it's a really nice model for implementing new training programmes in a way that then allows us to measure whether they're effective.
