Is Twitter a Dying Platform?

Twitter has adopted a poison pill measure, which basically will stunt any of his ability to make a serious pass at it. I'm sure there are creative ways that he can find to get involved there, but, ye, i mean, i don't his hole, like his whole the top. And i'm like, anada sort of feels like a dying platform to me. It's not a company i would go on by, i' ill put it that way.
