The National Register of Historic Places Is a Mirror

There are nearly a hundred thousand entries in the national register of historic places, but only two % of those focused on african american history. The big vision of the action fund is to reconstruct our national identity. And we do that by preserving sits of enslavement, but with a deeper focus on helping to preserve sites of activism, achievement and community.
