The Importance of Peer Review in the Humanities
I want to start close to the beginning though with your time in academia. You alluded to the reasons why you left academia and I know in one of your writings you also mentioned the peer review process. And so I'm curious if we could start there actually. What is your take on thepeer review process and it as a means of arriving at knowledge and how can we improve it? Yeah. We're going to get into all of that and I think in particular we're going to touch on this kind of theme that emerged in that explanation which is this bridge between these two worlds the secular, the intellectual and then the religious or the spiritual.
