The NCAA Charges a Former Iowa State Athlete With Gambling

Three current and one former Iowa State athlete charged with tampering with records in an attempt to disguise their identities while placing sports wagers. The NCAA for their part of it, which they have obviously haven't made a decision yet, but they updated what the penalties are for violation of this. Those who bet on their own games could permanently lose college eligibility.
