Useability testing and customers support are, ah, the key pieces of this. And then once you do that, you have evangelist for life. Because we live in a world with products that are incredibly impersonal. So oan design, the person who actually puts together a the wire frames, who like, thinks through the user, they're the best on the whole team to actually think through that.
