Frida Ghitis: I think that going back to work next week, I'll look at things a little differently with the way I approach physicians. How do we make sure in a teeming context that when one person says something, everyone hears it? Well, word of mouth is okay, but we are really advanced species now. So transparency and that everyone gets to hear it seemed to me to be the two ways there. And then the second thing was just shouting to me throughout this whole conversation.
