i'm fascinated by that even just like the clinical reasoning of maybe she was like trying to figure out, like, could she pick up things that they had based on the exam. That's pretty cool. There's no substitute fort the physical examin you can get n imori, but it's not going to really help in many cases. Lat's a good pointers for me to day on the physical exam.
