Going public opens a lot of doors to raise money. That is one of the benefits of being a publicly trading company. And i in the report from c b insights, it also mentioned the series d a founding rounds far down. So that makes me wonder if more of those companies that are that are more mature, might might ipo, or maybe even spack, to try to try to raise capital instead.
It’s not easy being a public company. Zendesk looks to go private, while acquisition battles continue to heat up.
