Is Exercise Predicting Heart Disease?
When you do one form of exercise repetitively all the time you get certain you predictable cardiac adaptations. Knowing what sport and exercise habits the individual has can be quite helpful to give you the correct interpretation for an echocardiogram. I think in general we should think of exercise as a healthy entity and not necessarily well it might cause changes in the heart that these changes are not ultimately going to be pathologic.
