Should Mission Dioceses Have Missions?

i know for my diocese, if we had like three more priests, we would be just like ecstatic. And it would ease so many of the personalitisoes we're having right now. It's hard that mission diocese are sort of an oximoron because as soon as you're a diocese and you have your own bishop, you're kind of expected to take care of yourself. i think that's part of the breakdown. What you're saying has to do with structure. But it 500 years, its never worked that way. So in in the diocese of gallop, we have, every assignment is is totally different.
