The Four Day Week Press Is Critical to Your Lifting Success
I chase presses four days a week, and has done that for a long time. I don't think there's anybody else in the country doing it right now. The press is exquisitely dependent on mechanics. If you are just not pressing enough, you're not going to be good at keeping the bar in the groove. It has to stay in the the groove. And the only way to make that go in a real giant, heavy press is to have practised that bar path,. over and over and over again with thousands of raps.
