The Focused Essential Amino Acids Around Training

There's a lot we don't know about strength and hypertrophy, but what we do know is that muscle growth is rare. For training to be optimized, you need stable blood glucose levels. We know that to synthesize muscle protein, which is very rare, we need the essential amino acids. To form glycogen, we need with that glucose, we need water and sodium. There are specific times where if you can double the rate of growth during that time, it's doubling your rate of growth.
