The higher the asset purchases, if it's 75% asset, 25% goodwill, you're going to have a much better tax position when you're selling. If it's 0 or 10% and then 90% goodwill, then the seller will have a worse position in regarding taxes. So I'm kind of a square when it comes to that stuff. We are going to actually get down to what the assets are. We need a list and we're going to give a fair, you know, asset purchase versus goodwill. What does that typically look like?
