The Relationship Between Theories and Socio-Political Situations
The relationship of theory to these political, socio-political situations is something that occupies my mind a lot. To what extent can they be moved from the individual level to these more cultural socio-political levels without doing damage? I think in sort of quote unquote real life situations, they actually interact in interesting ways. For instance, let's say something really horrible happens to you. You are much more likely to become aware of your existential lack and start thinking about things.
