The public part of the plea agreement was that mashid kan agreed to go the to the members to this military jury with a sentencing range of 25 to forty years. The actual agreement with the convening authority, who is the sort of ober actor in all military commissioned proceedings, has some provision for either creditinga part of that sentence or giving the communi authoritys some leeway on transfer outside glontonimo. But the i don't want to cal it aside bexs that makes it sound somehow nefarious, as is incredibly common in military justice practice.
