The Search for Sandra's Sleeping Bag Continued
The search for Sandra Hughes would continue for another week after the discovery of her sleeping bag. By that time, by July 20th, there hadn't been any new developments. About three weeks later, on August 9th, two hunters were driving down a forest road when they came across an unidentified woman leaning up against a tree. She had no equipment with her, there's no backpack, there's nothing, no tent, and there's no other people anywhere.
