Are We Going to Reach a State of Existential Security?
I'm relatively optimistic that we're going to reach a state of existential security in the not too distant future. But i'm not really sure what the reasons for optimism are. I would think that like, well, existential risk has been going up. So far, it seems like there's this pattern where we get more power, there's more risk. And i think that yetat the risk is either going to go higher, or that we fail out of this time period ol that we get o act together and we lower these risks.
