The Importance of Interviews in Derivatives Trading
The first step as a company is to go out and model excellence. What are the cognitive strengths of these individuals? Is their causation there? Are there any personality character strengths that seem where they're maybe some causation? And then again, down to the interests of values. So essentially, what we do is we come up with some sort of avatar and it's our sort of hypothesis of if we could design someone like Westworld.
