Is Science the Answer?

"I don't think we did a good job of that. There was a desire on the part of the public to have something very concrete tell me what to do," he says. "Some of it was political and mean spirited, some of it was driven by people who genuinely were trying to mislead people." He adds: "Good, honest, hard working people struggled to try to figure out who do we believe? It wasn't just about what is truth, but who do we trust?"
