Exercise in the Morning, Afternoon and Evening

If you like exercising in the evening, worry not about your sleep. It will more than likely be fine so long as it's not too close to bed. To be safe, it's probably best to exercise no later than 90 minutes before getting into bed or perhaps even a little bit before that. But there all I've told you is about exercising at one specific time of day, which is the evening. What about exercising across different times of day? Well, we've discovered that it can make a difference for at least three specific sleep features.
